23/12/2020 Training and Customer Support Manager (QLD)

Silver Memories, the 24 hour nostalgia radio service for aged care, is seeking a qualified Diversional Therapist/Lifestyle Co-ordinator for the role of Silver Memories Training and Customer support Manager. The position is permanent part time (3 days a week) and involves conducting training sessions for aged care staff (in person or remotely) about the benefits of Silver Memories as a Reminiscence Therapy. The role also involves the creation of reminiscence resources for use in conjunction with the broadcasts and customer support.

Christadelphian Aged Care is a respected and trusted not for profit aged care provider.  We are seeking to recruit 2 Full Time Diversional Therapists for our facilities at North Parramatta and Padstow.  

You will be responsible for the organisation and delivery of a person centred Leisure & Lifestyle program for each client which includes the design, facilitation and evaluation  of a broad range of activity programs (individual and group). The role includes a large degree of "on the floor" care with our residents.
